This policy explains what personal data aldargreenwoods.ae collects, why, and the choices you have. This is an independent information and enquiry website about Greenwoods by Aldar. It is not the official website of Aldar Properties PJSC and is not operated or endorsed by Aldar.

We are not Aldar Properties PJSC or any of its subsidiaries, and we do not act on Aldar's behalf.

To reply to your enquiry and send the information you asked for, such as brochures, price lists, floor plans and launch updates when they become available

We only send marketing messages where you have asked for them or agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Licensed real estate brokers or sales agents in the UAE who help answer your enquiry

Service providers that host the website, store form entries and deliver emails, under confidentiality obligations

Authorities, courts or regulators where the law requires it

6. Third-party services

The website uses WordPress and plugins that store form entries on our own hosting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. Links to other websites, including Aldar's, are governed by those websites' own policies.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the website to work, for example to remember that a popup has been closed or to keep the enquiry form secure. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then stop working.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your interest, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.
